Answer: True
I heard this tale over the Chinese New Year holidays. Apparently, if a man loves eating tidbits he will have daughters only and those who dislike tidbits will have sons only. So far, all the couples that I have asked have confirmed this tale. The men who are not partial either way have had both daughters and sons.
