This is a very interesting question that most pregnant women ask when preparing for the birth of their baby. “Is there a modern way or do I have to follow tradition?”| READER COMMENTS |
| Posted by Chiang 7 July 2010, 08:13:11 AM Hi, if I have a C-section, can I still have the traditional Malay massage and binding? |
| Posted by Cecilia Koh 11 July 2010, 04:57:43 AM Massaging of the uterus and binding is not recommended after a C section. You can massage other parts of the body. It is better if you wash your hair every other day but make sure that you dry it immediately with a hair dryer. |
